EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of serving wine in Islam. It was narrated by Anas b. Malik who said that he was serving a mixture of unripe dates and fresh dates from a waterskin which contained alcohol to Abu Talha, Abu Dujana and Suhail b. Baida'. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ then forbade him from doing so as it was considered an intoxicant and thus prohibited in Islam. This hadith teaches us that Muslims should not consume or serve any type of intoxicant as it is forbidden according to Islamic teachings and laws. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder for Muslims to stay away from anything that can lead them astray or cause harm to their physical or spiritual health such as alcohol consumption or addiction.
