EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of presenting food to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is narrated by Ibn 'Abbas that while he was in the house of Maimuna, two roasted lizards were brought to Allah's Messenger. This hadith shows us how important it is for us to present food and other items as gifts when we visit people or when we are invited somewhere. It also teaches us that even small things like lizards can be offered as a gift and accepted by the Prophet ﷺ. We should always remember this example and strive to offer something whenever we are invited or visiting someone else’s home.
