QUICK LESSONS:
Exercise caution and discretion when making decisions regarding permissible activities. Follow the example of Prophet Muhammad by practicing moderation in all matters.

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, Allah's Messenger is asked about the permissibility of eating lizards. He responds by saying that he does not eat them himself, but he does not forbid it either. This implies that while it is permissible to eat lizards according to Islamic law, one should still exercise caution and discretion when doing so. The Prophet Muhammad was known for his moderation and balance in all matters; this hadith serves as a reminder to us to follow his example and practice moderation in our own lives. We should strive for balance between what is permissible and what is beneficial or harmful for ourselves or others.
