EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about Allah's Messenger forbidding people from eating the flesh of domestic asses on the day of Khaibar. The Prophet Muhammad was sent to teach us how to live our lives according to God’s will and this hadith is an example of that. He taught us that we should not eat certain things even if we are in need or desperate for food. This teaches us that we should be mindful and respectful when it comes to what we consume and not take advantage or exploit animals for our own benefit. We must also remember that God has given us other sources of sustenance so there is no need to resort to such measures. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about self control and discipline as well as being mindful about what we put into our bodies.
