Worshipping Allah Alone Leads to Paradise

SUMMARY: This hadith explains that if a person worships Allah alone, they will enter Paradise even if they have committed sins such as adultery and theft.

Narrated Abu Dhar: Allah's Messenger said, "Someone came to me from my Lord and gave me the news (or good tidings) that if any of my followers dies worshipping none (in any way) along with Allah, he will enter Paradise". I asked, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft?" He replied, "Even if he committed illegal sexual intercourse (adultery) and theft".

QUICK LESSONS:
Worship only Allah without associating any partners with Him. Repent sincerely for your wrongdoings.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the importance of worshipping Allah alone in order to gain entry into paradise. It is narrated by Abu Dhar who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said that someone came from his Lord and gave him the news that anyone who dies worshipping none along with Allah will enter paradise, even if they have committed sins such as adultery or theft. This hadith teaches us that we should always strive to worship only Allah and not associate any partners with Him in order for us to be successful in this life and the hereafter. We should also remember that no matter how many sins we commit, if we repent sincerely then our Lord is Most Merciful and Forgiving so He may forgive us for our wrongdoings.
