Take part in events beneficial for society; Be loyal towards leaders; Take an oath when needed without hesitation or fear; Obey your leader's orders; Show courage even if you feel scared or ashamed .

On the Day of Hudaibiya, fourteen hundred people gathered around Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Umar was holding his hand while he was sitting under a samura tree, which is a wild tree found in deserts. All of them took an oath known as bay'ah or fealty at his hands except for Jadd b. Qais al-Ansari who hid himself under the belly of his camel out of fear and shame for not taking part in this important event. This hadith teaches us that it is important to take part in events that are beneficial for our society and community even if we feel scared or ashamed because it is our duty as Muslims to do so. It also teaches us about loyalty towards our leaders and how we should be willing to take an oath when needed without hesitation or fear.
