Generosity and Kindness in Islam

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the importance of being generous and kind to others.

This hadlth has been narrated on the authority of Jarir with the same chain of transmitters with a slight variation in wording.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ غَيْلاَنَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ أَمَّا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى فَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ النَّبِيَّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَأَمَّا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ فَقَالَ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمْ
