QUICK LESSONS:
Freeing slaves and providing them with full freedom from their property.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of emancipating slaves and providing them with full freedom from their property. It is narrated on the authority of Shu'ba that whoever emancipates a portion in a slave, they should provide full freedom for him from his property. This means that if someone has been enslaved, it is important to free them completely so that they can have access to all their rights as a free person. Furthermore, it also implies that those who are enslaved should be given the opportunity to gain financial independence by having access to their own resources or properties. This hadith emphasizes the importance of treating people equally regardless of whether they are free or enslaved, and provides an example of how we can help those who are less fortunate than us by giving them opportunities for financial independence.
