Respect Thursdays by doing something special like praying or fasting; Remember those who have passed away; Pray for those suffering due to poverty or illness; Reflect on your faith and relationship with Allah SWT .

This hadith speaks about the importance of Thursday in Islam. It was narrated by Sa'id b. Jubair who reported from Ibn Abbas that he said when asked about the significance of Thursday, tears began to flow down his cheeks as if they were strings of pearls. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) then asked for a shoulder blade and inkpot so he could write a document which would ensure that people never go astray. This shows us how important Thursdays are in Islam and how we should strive to make sure we do something special on this day such as praying or fasting or even just taking some time out for ourselves to reflect on our faith and relationship with Allah SWT. We should also take this opportunity to remember those who have passed away on this day as well as those who are still alive but may be suffering due to any number of reasons such as poverty or illness etc., so we can pray for them too.
