Take advantage of free time for something beneficial such as talking or reading a book . Spend some quality time with your loved ones every day no matter how busy your life gets .

The hadith narrated by 'Aisha tells us that after offering the Sunna of the Fajr prayer in the morning, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to talk to her if she happened to be awake. If not then he would lie down until it was time for him to offer his obligatory prayer. This hadith teaches us that we should take advantage of our free time and use it for something beneficial such as talking with our family or friends or reading a book. It also shows us how much importance Prophet Muhammad ﷺ gave to his family and how much he valued spending quality time with them. We can learn from this hadith that we should make sure we spend some quality time with our loved ones every day no matter how busy our lives get.
