Sahih Muslim 1202c (Book 22, Hadith 81) #11166
Acceptance of Wages by Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) accepted the wages of a slave and encouraged his master to reduce the charges, indicating that it was permissible.

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported: The slave of Banu Bayada cupped Allah's Apostle and he gave him his wages, and talked to his master and he reduced the charges, and if this earning was unlawful Allah's Apostle would not have given it.
