This hadith is about the importance of water conservation and how it affects vegetation growth. It was narrated by Abu Huraira, who was a companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He said that Allah's Messenger ﷺ taught that water should not be sold in excess so that vegetation can grow properly.
