Be mindful with your finances; Be considerate towards others; Avoid taking advantage of those in need

This hadith is about Allah's Messenger forbidding the renting of uncultivated land for two or three years. The Prophet Muhammad was teaching us to be mindful and careful when it comes to our finances and resources, as well as being considerate towards others.
