Forbidden Transactions

SUMMARY: Allah's Messenger forbade certain types of transactions.

Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger forbade leasing of land, and selling ahead for years and selling of fruits before they become ripe.
وَحَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحُ بْنُ، أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ وَعَنْ بَيْعِهَا السِّنِينَ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَطِيبَ

EXPLANATIONS:
