Abdullah (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle ﷺ as saying: Do not meet the traders (in the way).
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also taught us about being mindful of our spending habits, as he said “Do not meet the traders” which means do not buy things impulsively or without thinking about whether you really need them or not. This hadith encourages us to think carefully before making any purchases so that we can save money for more important things in life such as charity work or helping those in need.
This hadith teaches us many valuable lessons such as avoiding distractions while travelling, being mindful of our spending habits, and using our time wisely by focusing on what matters most - worshipping Allah and doing good deeds for others.
