QUICK LESSONS:
Carry out duties faithfully and diligently
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of a messenger being sent to the wife of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is unclear who this messenger was sent by or why they were sent. However, it is clear that the mission was important enough for someone to be dispatched on it. The hadith also mentions that there was no mention made of Kuraib in this mission. This could mean that Kuraib was not involved in this particular mission or that he may have been involved but his involvement wasn't mentioned for some reason. Whatever the case may be, this hadith serves as an example of how important missions can be entrusted to people and how those people should carry out their duties faithfully and diligently.
