QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of your family members even after divorce
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of providing for one's family, even after divorce. It is narrated that Fatima bint Qais was divorced by her husband with three pronouncements, but the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did not provide her with a lodging or maintenance allowance. This teaches us that it is important to take care of our families, even if we are no longer together. We should ensure that our families have enough money to live comfortably and securely, regardless of whether we are married or not. Additionally, this hadith also serves as an example of how the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) treated people in his society - he showed compassion and kindness towards those who were in need.
