EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of showing respect and gentleness towards the wives of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It was narrated by 'Ata who was present at a funeral for Maimuna in Sarif, where Ibn 'Abbas said that this was the wife of Allah's Apostle. He then instructed those present not to shake or disturb her when they lifted her bier, as she was one of nine wives whom he shared his time with. However, one wife - Safiyya bint Huyayy - did not receive a share of his time. This hadith teaches us that we should show respect and gentleness towards all people, especially those close to us such as family members or spouses. We can learn from this hadith that even though we may not always have enough time for everyone in our lives, we should still treat them with kindness and compassion.
