This hadith is about Abdullah ibn Umar, a companion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He was returning from either Hajj or 'Umra and he made his camel kneel down in the stony ground of Dhu'l-Hulaifa, which was the same place where Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had made his camel halt.
