Follow the example set by our beloved Prophet Muhammad and perform sacrifices as an act of worship to Allah Almighty . Stay away from any activities which are forbidden during this period such as cutting hair or nails, wearing perfume etc., so that we can gain maximum reward from our acts of worship .

This hadith speaks about the importance of sacrifice in Islam. It was narrated by Aisha that she often wove garlands for the sacrificial animals of Allah's Messenger and he garlanded his sacrificial animals before sending them away. He also stayed in his house avoiding anything which a muhrim avoids. A muhrim is someone who is in a state of ihram or consecration during Hajj or Umrah pilgrimage to Makkah.
