QUICK LESSONS:
Make sacrifices during pilgrimage
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of performing Hajj, which is one of the five pillars in Islam. It was narrated by Jabir b. 'Abdullah that he and his companions went on pilgrimage with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and they sacrificed a camel for seven people, as well as a cow for seven people. This shows us how important it was to make sacrifices during this holy journey, as it was an act that pleased Allah greatly. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us to be generous when we are able to do so; even if it means sacrificing something valuable like an animal or money for others in need.
