Take rest while travelling , Follow the example of Prophet Muhammad in making journeys easier , Take breaks during travels for refreshment .

This hadith talks about the practice of halting at a place called Abtah. It is narrated by Salim who reported from 'A'isha that Abu Bakr, Umar and Ibn Umar used to halt there. Furthermore, Allah's Messenger also halted there as it was easy to depart from that place. This hadith teaches us the importance of taking rest while travelling and how even Prophet Muhammad himself followed this practice in order to make his journey easier. We can learn from this hadith that we should take breaks during our travels so we can be refreshed for our next destination.
