Seek guidance and advice from elders/religious leaders; Strive one’s best towards fulfilling religious obligations; Follow Islamic rules and regulations; Respectful behavior towards others .

This hadith is about the permission granted by Allah's Messenger ﷺ to Sauda, a bulky lady, to travel from Muzdalifa to Mina during the night. A'isha wished she had also sought permission from Allah's Messenger ﷺ as Sauda did. The lesson here is that it is important for us Muslims to seek permission before doing something that may be considered out of the ordinary or not allowed in Islam. We should always ask our elders or religious leaders if we are unsure of what we should do and follow their advice accordingly. Additionally, this hadith teaches us that even though it may be difficult for some people due to physical limitations or other reasons, they should still strive their best and make an effort towards fulfilling their religious obligations such as Hajj or Umrah.
