The Great Love of Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: This hadith speaks of the great love that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had for his companions.

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Sufyan with the same chain of transmitters (and the words are): " That he ('Umar) said: But I saw Abu'l-Qasim (way peace be upon him) having great love for you". And he did not mention about clinging to it.
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ وَلَكِنِّي رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ بِكَ حَفِيًّا ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ وَالْتَزَمَهُ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the great love that Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, had for his companions. It is narrated by Sufyan and it states that Umar said he saw Abu'l-Qasim having great love for them. This shows us how much care and affection the Prophet showed to those around him and how important it is to show kindness and compassion to others in our lives as well. We should strive to emulate this example set by the Prophet in our own lives so we can bring joy and happiness into our relationships with others.
