Under Sharia law should a single pregnant women be punished for adultery if she can not produce four whitnesses to the rape which she alleges?

This is simple enough if she has filed the rape report and the rapist denies the charge. All the judge has to order the DNA paternity test--if the test matches the rapist is fried otherwise the woman.
But the question remains how many places are Sharia enforced since the the demise of Caliphate 1924 and other areas colonized and struggling with law and order situation after decolonization?
