This happened in 1939 in India. There was a debate between a Christian and a Muslim scholar. The debate went on well with all the "and stuff" from both, when all of a sudden the Christian asked:

"Did God love your prophet too much?" The Muslim replied, "Yes, very much."

The Christian asked,"Did God love Muhammad's grandchildren Hasan and Hussain?"

The Muslim replied,"Yes, God loved them both very much."

The Christian asked,"Did your prophet ask God to help when Hussain was being killed?"

The Muslim thought very carefully for a while and replied,"Yes!"

The Christian asked,"What did God tell Muhammad?"

The Muslim replied,"God told Muhammad.'Look! I could not save my own son when they were killing him. How could you expect me to save your grandson?' "
