I've thought a while about gun crime in America that has killed more civilians than the war on terrorism. What would happen if you demilitarised the police and gave them tazers and disarmed civilians other than the millitias? The argument for the 2nd amendment is to protect against tyrannical government- arm the millitias (in accordance with the second amendment) and disarm civilians. Or as Ice T said- I'll put my gun down when you do
