The microwave auditory effect also known as the microwave hearing effect or also known as the Frey effect consists of the human perception of audible clicks or EVEN SPEACH induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. The communications are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device.

Radar engineers during WW2 would hear a CLICK but couldn't find the cause. It transpired that the CLICK was caused by doppler radar energy in there brain. Seemingly you can modulate the CLICKS into an auditory fashion giving hearing to the deaf.

Question 1-why are deaf people deaf? Some deaf people only hear tinnitus there Entire lives which can make them suicidal. Why does sign language even exist!!

Question 2- would they use the Frey effect if they rolled out project blue beam via HAARP type technology? (Please Google project blue beam and HAARP)

EDIT- have you heard of acoustically delivered phonetically accelerated hypnotic script. In effect you get a hypnotic script and phonetically accelerate it untill it sounds like a bleep. It's consciously inaudible yet can have a profound effect on the subconscious mind.
