Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu. I am a male and I discovered years ago that I get aroused by other male's body parts. I have been trying to not think about it, evade sources of it, do fast, and have done activities the likes of physical activities or reciting the Quran to distract myself from it. However I get aroused when I saw those certain parts even though I tried to look away or distract myself with other thoughts. I do not like it one bit and I am very ashamed of myself every time I interact with other people because of this. I even had dreams about other men from time to time and found I have relieved myself upon waking up, and I felt extremely guilty every time. What should I do about this? Should I take medications or surgery to curb my sexual drive entirely? May Allah forgive me for my sins.

I think it may be good idea to consult a sex therpist. Do not act on your imagination or ideas.
