I will like to know what are the requirements for a muezin in regard to age, beard and clothings.

There is no specific requirement other than general common sense like:

- able to pronounce the words
- preferably baligh (mature)
- cover your "aurat" basically like you body to perform salat.
- Have "wudhu"

Nothing to do with beard.
