Is it possible to find forgiveness if I have committed zina knowing fully the gravity of the sin before I committed it?

Allah God almighty is the most forgiving and merciful.
Ask forgiveness sincerely, insha Allah (God's willing) He will forgive you.

Welcome! Indeed it's possible. And may I add that you keep this sin between you and Allah, and not tell any future spouse or anyone else.
