Why did God predominately choose to spread his message from the Middle East ?

Why was Africa and Europe left out ?

If you take Muhammed or Jesus they were from that region.

In fact I question if God has ever spoken to any human because there is no proof of it. Why would he need to ?

It is God's choice, just like us, why we become European, African, etc., and that is not our will.
yes,...God has ever spoken to His Apostles, and the proof is in His words.

The Prophets we know are very few compared to their numbers.

Abu Zar asked the Prophet Muhammad: "What is the number of the Prophets." He replied: "They number 124,000 people, among them there are 315 are Apostles." (Ahmad's Hadith in his musnad and Al-Bani says that this hadeeth is saheeh).

And the 25 Prophets and Apostles are only those whose names are mentioned in the Qur'an clearly. Although in the Qur'an, Allah mentions some people who are actually Prophets but do not mention who their names are, as in Allah’s words:

وَرُسُلًا قَدْ قَصَصْنٰهُمْ عَلَيْكَ مِن قَبْلُ وَرُسُلًا لَّمْ نَقْصُصْهُمْ عَلَيْكَ ۚ

“And messengers We have mentioned to you before, and messengers We have not mentioned to you,..(Qur’an 4:164)

“And indeed We have sent Messengers before you (Muhammad) of some of them We have related to you their story. And of some We have not related to you their story,..” (Qur’an 40:78)

Therefore it is possible that in the other hemisphere there is ever other Prophets. Because the Qur'an mentions that there can not be an ummah or people, except Allah Almighty has sent them a Prophet/Apostle, as in His word:

وَإِن مِّنْ £ُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ

“...And there never was a nation but a warner had passed among them.” (Qur’an 35:24).

It is well known that the Prophets were from in the Middle East because their names have been informed through His holy books, from the beginning of Prophet Adam to Prophet Muhammad.

In connection with this article then “Allah is All-Wanting and nothing can change His decrees”

Civilization and religion started in the Middle East not in Europe or Africa.
