Hi.

I was wondering what the general view of Non Muslims wearing the Hijab was. I'm wondering this because one of my Muslim friends have challenged me to wear Hijab for the whole year. It doesn't bother me what others think as I'm a very strong person. If a Muslim mistake me for a true Muslim and they greet me Alsalam Ealaykum, what would be my appropriate response?

You can just say wa alaikum salam.
Both's meaning is very general "peace be upon you"

For Non-Muslim wearing Hijab, topic is goo to hear this. And also there is no issue wearing hijab. Negative minded people will definitely avoid such girls, and the girl will also be safe.
