Bismillah. Alhamdulillah wassalatu wassalamu ala Rasulillah.
A'uzobilla himinash Shaitaanir rajeem.
Bismillahir Ra'hmaanir Ra'heem.
Assalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa barkatuhu.

Is there any Sura or Dua or Ayah for blocking conspiracy or curing it?
The nearest one I could think of (I could be wrong) :

A) 3 Quls 3 times -> protection for everything, but short-term.

From the mischief of those who practise secret arts; - 113:4 (Y. Ali)

B) Memorizing first or last 10 Ayah of Sura 18 Al-Kahf, preferably with meaning. -> this for Dajjal. Long-term, but solves only 1 kind of problem. This benefit is supposed to be received by all Hafiz of Quran.

وَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّلاَمُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

From Utsman ibn 'Affan radhiyallahu' anhu said, 'I heard Rasulullah Sallallahu' alaihi wasallam said: 'Whoever says

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَايَضُرُّمَعَ ا سْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي ا لْاَرْضِ وَلَافِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَا لسَّمِيْعُ الْعَلِيْمُ

"In the name of Allah, for which there is no name on earth or in the heavens that can be harmful. And He is the Hearer, the Knower." Three times, there will be nothing to harm. (Abu Dawood: 5088, and Tirmidhi: 3388).

Allah Subhanahu wata'ala said in sura Al Mu'minun, verses 97-98:

َقُل رَّبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزٰتِ الشَّيٰطِينِ :٩٧

وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَن يَحْضُرُونِ :٩٨

وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
