George Galloway, a British Politician, gave an excellent speech last month on the origin of ISIS. He blames the US and the UK, quoting President Obama and former UK prime minister Tony Blair as admitting just that.

Yes the Taliban etc were created by the Russian invaision of Afganistan and the West's backing of Islamic guerilla armies who fought them.

We trained then in such warfare and they were good students.
