I have neither seen nor heard of that story being present in the Qur'an.

Caveat:  I am not an expert on all of the Qur'an though improving each day.

Very little of the story of Jesus is in the Qur'an, mostly bits and pieces, from what I can tell.  (This is true of most of the Bible stories that made it to the Qur'an.)

You can probably search for all of the references at a site like Islam Awakened:
http://https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-9671514608807458:3428093302&ie=UTF-8&q=jesus&sa=Search&ref=#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=jesus&gsc.page=1 - http://www.islamawakened.com/index.php/qur-an

Using just Jesus (you might also try other spellings and forms of the name) returns 223 references:
http://https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-9671514608807458:3428093302&ie=UTF-8&q=jesus&sa=Search&ref=#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=jesus&gsc.page=1 - https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-9671514608807458:3428093302&ie=UTF-8&q=jesus&sa=Search&ref=#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=jesus&gsc.page=1

Only 26 references are returned if you use "Jesus woman stone" and a quick scan doesn't seem that any of them have this story:  http://https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-9671514608807458:3428093302&ie=UTF-8&q=jesus&sa=Search&ref=#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=jesus%20stone%20woman&gsc.page=2 - https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-9671514608807458:3428093302&ie=UTF-8&q=jesus&sa=Search&ref=#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=jesus%20stone%20woman&gsc.page=2

This is partly true. "There are presently 5,686 Greek manuscripts in existence today for the New Testament. If we were to compare the number of New Testament manuscripts to other ancient writings, we find that the New Testament manuscripts far outweigh the others in quantity" and quality (Matt Slick).
The point you missed is that the story is not part of the original preserved copies of Scripture.
God's Word cannot be corrupted or changed the truth always surfaces.
Are there original Quran's that trace directly back to Muhammad?

Dear Saved,

To answer your question especially about the question "Are there original directly Quran's that trace back to Muhammad?", please allow me to answer it.

When the Prophet Muhammad was alive, there were many of the Prophet's companions who had been able to write and memorize the verses of the Qur'an, and every verse that was revealed by Allah to the Prophet Muhammad, at the same time he ordered directly to his companions to immediately written into sheets form or manuscript form but yet to be made into a book.

The sheets of the Quran's verses made into a book at the time of Caliph Uthman in the year 24 Hijri (Muslim calendar), and a copy was sent to several places until finally spread to many countries.

Quran now circulating in many countries, the composition of the editorial and letters is the same arrangement as the original at the time of the Prophet Muhammad as Allah has stated guarantee of the sanctity and purity of the Quran forever as what He says in the Qur'an 15: 9.

As is often found to differ in terms of translation into the language of each countries. Nevertheless, every person who mastered the science of "Nahu" (grammar) the Qur'an, they don't differ on the meaning of the verses in the Qur'an.

Regards,
Asep

What you say here doesn't prove the Quran you use now traces back to Muhammad. You left out the fact that Uthman burned (Destroyed) the copies you are referring to. Hafsah had one of the copies you spoke of. In fact, Uthman used her copy to recompile the Quran that Muslims use today, but there is no prove that Muhammad would've accepted Uthman's editing of the Quran. Moreover, Marwan destroyed Hafsah's copy after her death.
Muhammad didn't name him to be his successor nor did he receive a divine mandate to put the Quran to writing. Quran means say. How does one get write out of say? With all due respect, I am trying to understand where you actually stand spiritually; for instance, are you a recent convert to Islam from Christianity?

Dear Saved,

At the time of Caliph Uthman, all the records about the word of Allah, written in the time of Muhammad was alive including those held by Hafsah, all collected to be a book (the Quran).

Whose job is to collect and rewrite into a book is Zaid ibn Thabit and three other writers (Abdullah bin Zubair, Sa'id bin Al-Ash, Abdul Rahman bin Hisham). They were people who are legally and through the selection is determined by Utsman as the Caliph capacity, and by the quality of his faith, he might not have dared to alter the contents of the Quran. It turned out that up to now the contents of the Koran there is nothing contradictory between verses with each other, in contrast to the Gospel that I read now.

After becoming a book (the Quran), then made copies and sent to various areas, and after that all the separate documents previously or apart of Mushhaf to be destroyed soon.

By referring to the writings of Al-Quran which was written by Zaid ibn Thabit who assigned by Utsman, it means that the Qur'an collected by Caliph 'Uthman exactly like the original, either in an orderly sequence of the suras and verses, and it can be proved up to now that all Quran that exist in this world marked by the language of the Prophet Muhammad when he was still alive, namely Arabic. Is it the same with your Book ?
I would only believe in the book that's revealed by God to all humans, not just for a group or class of mankind.

Regards,
Asep
