I need help!

I have been trying for about 2 months now to learn Arabic, so I can finally find out what Islam is about. I have tryed the Rosetta Stone program, but it just confuses me. I have also looked all over the app store, but everything is for young children or is in a very difficult learning style. I have concluded that my best bet is to learn how I did in school starting with easy words so I can learn how to speak and write Arabic.

I would just like to ask if anyone has some recommended Arabic courses, (preferably free or online), in that learning style. Thank you and have a nice day.
