I think there is a general consensus that Putin is crazy... as in unstable, unreliable, dangerously impulsively crazy... it would seem to me he ought to get his own house in order... i.e., the country his has rule over... first but then I guess perhaps that is what he thinks he is doing... taking over Ukraine... oil to bring more wealth to his country... the way I see it... oil is a curse... it is the root of much evil in the world... it will not benefit Russia to gain oil wealth... the only thing that will ever benefit the people is giving them the freedom to explore ideas, create new products, build from within... oil encourages no building... it only encourages the desire for a free ride, and that free ride is never shared with everyone. my two cents...  ------------- Let us seek Truth together Blessed be God forever "I believe in Jesus as I believe in the sun... not because I see it, but because by it, I see everything else.: - C.S.Lewis |
