HELLO ALL OF DEARS. ZAKATH IS AN ANNUAL TAXES TO PAYED THE ISLAMIC GOVERNMENT. FOR THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY. AND SADDAQAT IS A CHARITY FUND TO GIVE POOR POPLE. PLZ. SEE CHAPTER 2 SURE BAQRA VERSRES ABOUT SADDAQAT
