AS- SALAMALIKUM BROTHERS AND SISTERS,

By the grace of Allah very soon Insha Allah we shall be blessed with a baby boy. I am in the process of selecting names. I wanted to know the meaning and origin of three names and if they are good names.
1. Ashar
2. Shayan
3. Amaan

Where are the Arabic speaking members?
I don't want to speculate but no:3 I believe means secure.

Btw, congrat for you and welcome the new little family, say hi to the baby for me.
