| Assalamalecum WA rehmatullahi WA barakhatahu.we know that in this world many namesake Muslims are behind various wrong things because of which the whole community pays.but if you observe A Muslim means a person who submits his will to Allah and obtain peace,in broader aspect a person who follows Qur'an and sayings of prophet is a real Muslim.a person does not need to have an Arabic or Persian name to b a Muslim,even with the names such as David etc,but if he follows Qur'an can b a Muslim.so all these terrorists who say that they are doing this for Allah actually they are companions of Satan and had earned a ticket for hell,because it is mentioned in Surah Al Maidah ch 5 v 32-if U save an innocent human being,as if U have save the whole humanity,but if U kill an innocent human being as if U have killed the whole humanity.so if a person goes opposite to this verse,he is not a Muslim.Allahfiz |

Similarly those who are born into a Muslim family and carry an "Islamic name" but do not practice Islam is also not a Muslim. The minimum requirement to be a Muslim is to practice the Five Pillars of Islam.
Those terrorists who pick up a gun with the intent to kill an innocent soul has also left the fold of Islam and he is not a Muslim. |

If you are asking me for evidence from Islamic Jurisprudence then it is not there. But logic tells me that the only time a Muslim can pick up a gun is to fight in the way of Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala. These terrorists are not fighting in the way of Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala but for their own personal reasons which are mainly geo-political. The Somali terroist organisation Al Shabaab has now allegedly tageted Muslims in the UK as being their enemy and was on their 'hit list'. Tell me what a Muslim can be called who kills a fellow Muslim.

| What about requirements to be a Muslim? What's your evidence? A distinction should be made between killing and murder, however murder has a penal code, and a much worse penalty in the next life provided one's repentance isn't accepted. |

I'm surprised you ask these questions. It is very clear when it says that in the Qur'an that killing is a great sin and the following Hadith makes it clear. Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (PBUH) mentioned the greatest sins or he was asked about the greatest sins. He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah; to kill a soul which Allah has forbidden to kill; and to be undutiful or unkind to one's parents." The Prophet (PBUH) added, "Shall I inform you of the biggest of the great sins? That is the forged statement or the false witness." Shu`ba (the sub-narrator) states that most probably the Prophet said, "the false witness."

Hadiyth's come from the word Hadatha meaning '' Existence , Began To Be ; Had A Beginning , Began , Or Originated , Existed Newly For The First Time'' , Its Plural is Ahaadith -arabic - . Ahaadiyth are supposedly records of actions , Utterances and Customs of The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( Pbuh ) , And action done in his presence and the presence of his companions . As the Holy Qur'aan didn't give details on certain practical matters . The faithful . The followers of The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( Pbuh ) , Relied on the example of The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( Pbuh ) , thus ,When confronted with a situation in which a certain decision was necessary .
Men would relate what The Prophet Mustafa Muhammad Al Amin ( Pbuh ) ,did in the same or similar case . The most reliable narrator's account would be Accepted . As time went on , Many such Narrations were Collected and Written Down by serveral Writers , Hence , Forthforming Patterns for Future Generations . However , Unscrupulous Men Seeking to Advance their Own Ideas and Cause Disunity in The Communities . Also Produced their own Version of Hadiyth. It became necessary to record the Ahaadiyth according to the Reliability of both the Narrator and the Transmitter .
The Authenticity of Transmission became an Entirely Separate Subject and even in this , There were still Many Disagreement . In all the Hadiyth has caused much Sectism in Islaam ; and the Holy Qur'aan itself even states , '' Not To Form Into Sects , ( The Holy Qur'aan 6 ; 159 ) and The Holy Qur'aan Is The Best Hadiyth , ( The Holy Qur'aan 4 ; 87-91 ) .
The Holy Qur'aan 6 ; 159 , Reavealed In The Year 621 A.D. Al Anaam ( The Cattle ) , Says ; Surely , those who divided their Diyn 'Mean Of Judgement' and became many Shiya'aan Things ( Sunni , Sh'ite , Wahhabi , Tajaani , Ahmadiyyah , Bah'i , Moorish Americans , Nation Of Islaam , Etc Etc ) You should not be of Any of Them in the things they became . Surely , all their affairs are with Allah , Then he will inform them of what they did .
The Holy Qur'aan ( The Source Has The Best Of Hadiyth's ) , 4 ; 87-91 , Revealed In The Year 625 - 627 A.D. Says ; The Source , Allah , No Ilaaha ( Allahs ) 'Source Would Exist , Except By Way Of Hum ( Hu -The Creative Force Of Will ) , He Will Gather You All , Unto A Day Of Resurrection . There Is No Doubt In It , And Who Is More Asadaqu 'Truthful', Than Allahs Hadiyth Tales , Verse 88 . So , What Is The Matter With You All ? ( After Returning From The Battle If Uhud , The Enosites Were Divided About Due To The Hypocrites ) . So , What Is The Matter With You , In Relation To The Hypocrites ? You Have Become Two Parts , And The Source , Allah Has Reversed Them For What They Have Earned . Do You Want To Calm Those Who The Source , Allah Adalla 'Leads Into Error ? And Whomsoever , Allah Leads Into Error , So By No Means , Will You Find For Him A Path . ( He Will Find No Way To Avoid The Source ) . Verse 89 . They Want You To Be Concealers Of The Truth , As They Are Concealers Of The Truth , So That You Both May Be Equal . Therefore Don't Take Near Friends From Amongst Them Until They Flee Home - ( Turn To The Source ) , In The Path Of Allah ; So , If They Turn Back Them Capture Them , And You Are To Kill Them , As You Have Found Them ; And Don't Take Any Near Friends , Or Any Aider ( From Them Other Than The Peaceful Ones , Muslims ', They Are Not To Be Trusted , Until They Become Muslims , And Don't Ask Them For Anything ) . Verse 90 . Except For Those , Who Joins To A Kindred , Between You All , And Between Them ; There Is a Miythaaq 'Fulfillment Of A Promise ' , Or Came To You All With Their Chest Shrinking , That Kills You All , Or Kills Their Own Kindred . And If It Pleases Them Source , Allah , He Would Have Given Them Authoritive Power , Over You All , So They Would Have Indeed Killed You All . So If They Withdraw From You , So They Do Not Kill You And Offer You Al Salama 'Peace', So Then The Source , Allah Has Made A Path For You All , Over Them . Verse 91 . Shorthly , You Will Find Others , Who Want To Be Safe From You , And From Their Own Kindred ( Arab Tribes During Muhammads Time ) And As Often As They Return To The The Test ( Temptation ) , They Plunge Into It , ( Head On ) . Therefore , If They Do Not Withdraw From You , ( Trying To Stop You Muhammad ) ,And Don't Seek Peace ( Al Islam In That Day ) . And Don't Restrain Their Hands ( Stop Attacking You Physically ) Then Seize Them And Kill Them ( You Can Only Fight Them If They Attack You First ) . Wherever You Find Them , And These Are You ; Whom We The Heavenly Host Have Given Clear Sultaanaan 'Authoritive Power .
The Holy Qur'aan 4 ; 42 , 78 , 140 , Reavealed In The Year 621 A.D. Al Anaam ( The Cattle ) , Says ; And indeed , We The Heavenly Host sent ones sent to a nation - ( Israelites , Ya'aqobs children ) , from before you , ( Mujammad ) , so We ( The Heavenly Host ) , took them by way of Baasaa-i 'Suffering and Al Darraa-i 'Distress , so that perhaps they will Yatadarraa -uwna 'Humble Themselves . ( 78 ) . So when saw Al Sham 'The Sun Baazighatan 'Appering To Rise , he said 'This is my Rabb . This is the Akbaru 'Biggest One . So when it Afalat 'Appeared To Set ' he said ''O my kindred , Surely , I am clear of what you Tushrkuwn 'Associate Partners ( with other deities ) . ( 140 ) . And indeed those ( Enosites ) , who kill their children are truly in a state of loss ; they are fools , and without any knowldge , and they have made Haramu 'Unlawful , Forbidden the very Razaqahum 'Provisions from Allah , and they make up lies upon Allah . They have indeed gone astrayed , ( into error ) and they are not lead into calmmness .
The Holy Qur'aan 6 ; 68 ,Reavealed In The Year 621 A.D. Says ; And when you have seen those who Yakhuwduwna 'Talk Bad , ( saying the scriptures are tampered with - talking about Our Heavenly Host verses ( of all the scriptures , and tables ) then turn away from them until they start to engage in Hadiyth 'Tales , other than that , and if the ( Evil One ) , Satan , ( Nakhash , the evil one ) , causes you to forget ; then don't sit after Al Dhikraa 'The Remembrance , with the kinddred , who are in Al Zaalimiyna 'The States Of Unhustness .
The Holy Qur'aan 12 ; 6 ,Reavealed In The Year 620 A.D.Yosafe ( Joseph ) Says , And He , Rabb chooses you , ( Yosafe ) and teaches you from interpretation of ( the written records ) the Ahadiyth 'Tales ( Hadiths ) and He complets His grace upon you , and on the descendants of Ya'aqob like He , completed upon your forefathers from before - Abrawhawm and Yitschaq . Surely , your Rabb , is Aliymun 'Knowing , Most Hakiymun 'Wise .
The Holy Qur'aan 51 ; 26 ,Reavealed In The Year 613 A.D. Says ; So then He ( Abrawhawm ) turened around to his Ahl 'Family (Sarah ) , 'So she ( Sarah ) came with a Ljlin 'Calf Samiyn Fat .
The Holy Qur'aan 68 ; 44 ,Reavealed In The Year 611 A.D. Al Qalam ( The Quill ) Or Nun (Nuwr ; Light ) , Says ; So leave me , with those who deny by this Hadiyth - the Tale of ( Ghaalib , of the township of Saria and his three sons ) , so We Heavenly Host will gradually overtake them , ( the Desert Arabs - Meccans ) , from Hayth 'Where they will not know .
Nowhere in The Holy Qur'aan does it say that If You Have Question or Uncertainty with it , Go to The Ahaadiyth '' Stories , Tales Of men , '' Which come from The Ashruic / Syriac Arabic root word Hadatha , Which means '' To , Tell , Talk , To Bring Something New '' . The Holy Qur'aan does say , Its The Best Hadith , And To GO BACK To those who read The Scriptures Before Muhammad When In Doubt Or Uncertainty .
The Holy Qur'aan 39 ; 23 , Revealed In The Year 618 A.D. Says ; The Source , Allah has sent down the Ahsana 'Best of Al Hadiythi 'The Hadiyth , tales ( The Qur'aan ) , Kitaabaan 'A Scriptures , Mutashaab-ihaan 'Looking Like it's Mathaaniya 'A Second One . It makes the Juluwdu 'Leathery Skins of those who dread their ''Sustainer , who is Rabb tremble ; them it makes their Juluwd 'Leathery Skin and hearts Taliynu 'Tender to the remembrance of The Source Allah . That is the leading calmness of The Source Allah . He leads into calmness whom He pleases and whoever , The Source Allah leads astray into error , there is not a calmness for him .

And Jesus [ Al Injiyl ( The Evangel , Revelation ) 22 Books Of The Messiah Jesus ] And The News Bearers ( Prophets Isaiah , Jeremiah , Ezekiel , Daniel , Hosea , Joel , Amos , Obadah , Jonah , Micah , Nahum . Habakkuk , Zephaniah , Haggai . Zechariah , Malachi ) . From their sustainer ( Allah ) ( Like The Zabuwr Of David And The Wisdom By Luqmaan ) ; We don't make and ( Distinction ) Between any of them ( Prophets And Scriptures ) And we are to him ( Allah ) The Peaceful Ones ( Muslims ) .
The Holy Qur'aan 2 ; 143 [ Reavealed In The Year 624 - 626 A.D. Says ; And thus we ( Allah And The Angelic Beings ) Made YOU ( The People After Muhammad ) A neutral nation ( Believing In All The Scripturews Not Just One ) So that you will be a witness over the prople , And the one sent ( Muhammad The Apostle ) would be a witness over you all and the only reason we ( Allah And The Angelic Beings ) changed the direction of worship ( Qiblah . From Jerussalem To Mecca ) is so that we ( Allah And The Angelic Beings ) will know who follows the one sent ( Muhammad The Apostle ) from those ( The So-Called jews In Medinah ) who turn back on his heels ( Stop Following All The Scriptues ) . And surely it was a difficult test ( Following All The Scriptures ) Except for those who Allah Guided and Allah was not neglectful yo you ( Children Of Israel ) In your faith . Surely Allah is kind and merciful yo all people .
The Holy Qur'aan 31 ; 6 [ Reavealed In The Year 619 A.D. Says ; And of the people , There are those who buy instead of it ( The Holy Qur'aan ) The ( Hadiyth - Tales ) for amusement and in order to Lead People from the light into the darkness off the path of Allah without even any knowledge ; And they takes it ( The Holy Qur'aan ) as mockery , For these shall be a disgraceful pain ,
The Holy Qur'aan 2 ;79 [ Reavealed In The Year 624 - 626 A.D. Says ; So woe unto those who write the Scriptures with their own hands ( Traditions ) then they say ; This is from allah , So that they may sell it for a ( Small Price ) . So woe to them for what is written by their own hands . And woe to them for what they earn thereby .
The Holy Qur'aan 10 ; 94 Reavealed In The Year 620 A.D. Says ; So if you ( Muhammad ) are in distrust , ( Uncertain ) about that which We The Heavenly Host have sent down to you ; so ( Muhammad ) ask those who read the Scriptures , From Before You - ( The Torah of Mosheh , The Prophet Aharown , And The Apostle Joshua ) , Indeed the facts from your Rabb , who is ''Master has come to you , and don't you ( Muhammad ) be of the ones who Mumtar 'Opposes .
The Holy Qur'aan 2 ; 136 Reavealed In The Year 624 - 626 A.D.Saya Tell them this ( Muhammad ) We , ( Muhammad ) and his followers have faith in Allah , and what He sent down to us , ( The Qur'aan ) and what he sent down to Abrawhawn and Yishmael and Yitschaq , and Ya'aqob and the tribes and what was given to Mosheh ( The Torah ) and Isa - ( the Revelation , and what was given to the Anbiyaa 'Newsbearers from their Rabb 'Masters , we ( Muhammad ) and his followers do not Nufarriqu 'Make Any Distinction between any of them and we Muslimuwm 'Surrender In Peace 'to him .
The Holy Qur'aan 2 ; 2-4 Reavealed In The Year 624 - 626 A.D. Say ; This Book is a scriptures no doubt about that ; inside of it there is leading calmness to those who tremble . (3 ) . These are they who are faithful to what is unseen , and they get up to perform salutation as worship ; and of the things We Heavenly Host have provided for them , they share willingly . ( 4 ) . These are they who are faithful to what was sent down to you , ( Muhammad ) , and what was sent ( Before your time , That Is The Other Scriptures ) , And in Al Akhir ''The End ' they will certainly be propsperous .
The Holy Qur'aan 3 ; 3 Reavealed In The Year 625 - 627 A.D. , Says ; He Nazala 'Sent Down on you ( Muhammad ) Al Kitaab 'The Scripture ( Qur'aan Bi-Al Haqqi 'With The Facts ( beyond and doubt ) , Musaddiqaan 'Confirming what is between Yadayhi 'His Hands . ( These are scriptures before the Qur'aan ) and Anzala 'He Sent Down Al Tawraat ''The Torah and Al Injiyl 'The Evangel ( send down the Injiyl but gave it to Isa .
The Holy Qur'aan 5 ; 68 , Reavealed In The Year 627 - 629 A.D. Says ; Tell them this ( Muhammad )''O Ahl 'Family of Al Kitaab 'The Scriptutes , you are not on anything ( you have no grounds ) , until you Tuqiymuw 'Stand Up ( keep up ) the Torah - ( the Law - 5 Books Of Mosheh , The Prophet Aharown , And The Apostle Yehowshuwa , Mosheh's Successor ) , and the Injiyl Evangel , Revelation and what has been sent down to you ( Muhammad , the Qur'aan ) from your Rabb , who is Master / Sustainer , and will increase many of them in transgreeing , and make them concealers of that they know to be the facts , of what was sent to you from your Rabb 'Sustainer , who are the concealers of what they know to be the facts .
The Holy Qur'aan 5 ; 46 , Reavealed In The Year 627 - 629 A.D. Says ; And We Heavenly Host caused to follow in their footsteps , Isa Ibn 'Adopted Son of Miriam , Musaddiqaan 'Confirming what was between Yadayhi 'His Hands from Al Tawraat ''The Torah' ( the law ) and we Heavenly Host Aataynaahu 'Gave Him Al Injil 'The Revealtions ( 22 books of Isa which was revealed to Yowchanawn , son of Zabdiy / Zebedee , who wrote it down and gave it to Isa , in which there is Hudaan 'Leading Calmness and Nuwrun 'Light , and Musaddiqaan 'Confirming what is already Bayna 'Between Yadayhi 'His Hands , Min 'From Al Tawraat 'The Torah ( the law ) , and a Hudaan 'Leading Calmness and Maw'idhatan 'An Admonition , for those who tremble at the mention .
Nowhere does it say go to Ahaadiyth Or Commentaries . This show how Some Muslims don't follow what The Holy Qur'aan Teaches and follow The Traditions and Tales of Men like . Al Bukhaari , Abu Dawud , Muslim , Tirmidhi called Ahaadiyth . Which way did Allahu Subhaanahu Wa Ta'Ala say to go for Guidance ? Forward to Ahaadiyh or ( Back To The Scriptures of Old ? You be the judge .

I think Abu Loren is saying what he is saying in the light of these clear verses from the Quran: The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts become fearful, and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely - The ones who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend. Those are the believers, truly. For them are degrees [of high position] with their Lord and forgiveness and noble provision. 8:2-4 May Allah help us to fulfill our oaths to Him, Ameen. Your point is well taken, however we know that faith increases and decreases, thus it is vital that we do not cut off those who find themselves weak in faith.
"Say: "O Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Az-Zomar, 53) |
