a blessing to watch

Can anybody have any argument with these? Are they so different from our own?

The cherokee prayer reminds me of an old irish blessing;

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

We are none so different from one another... all interconnected... all going back to the same root.
