Private Eye just attacked all Muslims.. all of us.. no qualifiers, no caveats, all of us, with the following;

Eye Guide: How to spot a Muslim Moderate: 10 Tell-Tale Signs: 1. Prepared to Condemn London Bombings 2. Only Quite Short Beard. 3. Believes in the right of women to wear Burka (sic) at all time. 4. Strongly opposes nuclear destruction of Israel and preers it done by more civilised means. 5. Strong believer in Iranian model of democracy. 6. Supports right of all homosexuals to be humanely stoned to death. 7. Careful not to carry a rucksack on the tube. (That's enough Moderates. Ed)

I used to really like this magazine, but this is too far.. wanna help?

Why the fuss?

There are millions and millions of Muslims who call themselves "Moderate" muslims.

So what's the big deal when non-muslims make a list.

I do understand, English is not your first language. It's a satire on the situation in Britain rather than on Muslims. Please share with me what you find offensive.

I find it strange that when Musharraf sells the Palestinian stand down the Katrina just to please Bush and Sharon - no Muslim speaks, but you are sobbing here about a light hearted Private Eye fun!

English is my first (of several) languages.

What Musharraf does is as irrelevant as what President Maaouya Ould Sid Ahmed Taya did.. both "Muslim" willing to sell their souls to suckle at the Yank teat.  This is not new to Muslim history.. Think of how much conflict Saladin had with fellow Muslims before he could take on the Franks?

This article does not refer to "british" in anyway.. nor is there any qualifier, or caveat.. Its an attack on the idea that Muslims can be moderate...

It doesnt say "self-declared", or anything like that.. it's an attack on us all, and you support it.  Says a lot about you.

First of several means that there are more besides the first, as in a second, third  and fourth in my case.

Your support for the attacks on Muslims is noted as muslims line up with kafir to attack their brothers and sisters so as to see yourself as fitting in, as it was foretold and was written down in the books of the hadiths over a thousand years ago.

Brother it's nothing of the sort you suggest at all. There are far more important issues, far more important defences we need to set up than beating up at a bit of humour. That's where we go wrong.

At least I am honourable enough to place my location and, above all, name on my proile. Visit our site and contribute something solid to Islam if you are that much of some Ghazi instead of merely barking at some quite reasonable albeit English periodical.
