hmm...Thats a wrong translation of The Proverb, actually its :
"Silence is the sign of Satisfaction/concent"

In arabic its written :
"السكوت علامة الرضا"

And Pronounced :
"asokooto alamato reeda"

Thank you for the correction. So is satisfaction/concent in the context of .. if one is silent it is a sign of agreement?

Yeah thats how it is, and its true...We often say this Proverb in such situations.
And i think the Silence is a sign of Maturity too, so here you have your own proverb now XD

Kind of agree of this proverb. Anyway not in all ways we can do it. Most of the times we must speak and take action.
