Hichem is Different from Hashim
and Hichem name means : generosity ...
Algeria is an Islamic Arab state in the north of the African continent, the second largest Arab and African country in terms of area after Sudan, and atheist ten globally ,and The second richest in the Africa, after South Africa Prevail in Algeria three major climates, the north Mediterranean climate
and desert climate in the south and the two semi-arid climate
