I think the general Islamic understanding is that working for a Tobbacco company is not allowed - since it harms people.

Does it also extend to an internship??? I know, might sound silly - and most of u would say, ofcourse, thats understood. . . but hear me out, :p

Since an 'intern' is just getting work experience right, and not earning the money, nor are they selling cigs. . . . So, if a Tobacco company is really hot-shot, and an internship there would look good on the CV. . . what then? Also, if one is curious abt the internal workings of a Tobacco company...

Was just wondering, when looking thru internships offered, i came across one - so this question popped into my mind. . . I'm against smoking tho...

What do u guys think? Would u guys work for a Tobacco Co. ? Wht abt an internship? Share ur opinion. . .
