Islam prohibits the consumption of alcohol, as it is considered harmful to both the body and the soul. In the Quran, Allah commands believers to avoid intoxicants, as they can lead to sinful behavior and harm individuals and society. The consumption of alcohol can also negatively affect a person's spiritual life, clouding their judgment and inhibiting their ability to maintain a close connection with Allah. Start with a sincere intention to quit drinking for the sake of pleasing Allah and improving yourself. Repent for past transgressions and ask Allah for forgiveness. Remember that Allah is the Most Merciful and always willing to forgive those who sincerely seek His forgiveness. Continue your fasting and your prayers. These acts of worship will help you maintain a connection with Allah and provide you with the spiritual strength to overcome this habit. Identify situations or environments that may tempt you to rink and avoid them when possible. Stay committed to your prayers and fasting, as they will provide you with strength and spiritual nourishment.
