Masjid near Reading PA?

   ASA Everyone,I just wanted to ask if anyone is familiar or has lived or lives in PA if so do you know where a city called Reading is? I think it's close to NJ...not sure.
My husband might accept a position there and the company will provide us with a home in or around the area I wanted to find out if it's a good area for a family to live and if there is a masjid near by? We tried to research it but couldn't find out anything.
He's also applying for a position in Dubai...I'd rather relocate there at least than we'd be closer to family just a commuter flight away.
Insha'Allah someone will know what the Reading area is like.
