I am not sure because Islam is ever evolving as a process and each religion and spiritual practice is an expression of this evolutionary process.
Technically we are all Muslims first (People in the Process of submitting their will to Allah all in degrees and free to choose their paths)
So it is like Islam is the Cake and the surface religions the frosting.....
