It is 40% of the Americans who are now born out of wedlock, not 40% of the Muslims.

Majority of births will soon be out of wedlock
Half of all babies will be born to unmarried mothers by 2012 if present trends continue, says new research that suggests the rapid erosion of moral and religious taboos.

The number of births outside wedlock exceeds 50 per cent in some parts, including Wales. In the North East, it was 54.1 per cent last year.

In London, where a higher proportion of young mothers are Muslims who adhere to more conservative family values, a third of children were born outside marriage.

The report said Britain now had the fourth highest level of births outside marriage in Europe, after Sweden, Denmark and France.

"There is much more at stake here than statistics," he said. "The implications are quite frightening."

Ann Widdecombe, a former Tory Home Office minister, said: "After the death of the extended family, we are now seeing the death of the nuclear family.

"The long-term consequences are bad for everyone. A well-ordered society is based on the bedrock of marriage, otherwise we will have increasing social disruption."

Islam has always -- from the very beginning -- staunchly warned against sex outside marriage. It is plainly wrong. It cannot be defended. It leads to the collapse of society. The so-called "freedom" of sluttery and resulting bastardy cannot be condoned.

But then again, the collapse of the West is not such a bad idea, actually. So, please, go on as before!

Let's indeed study the subject some more, and go deeper into the ramifications of the causal relationship that we have established here:

STD(Y): quantified number of disease outbreaks per 1000 capita

We know that the proportions are bounded variables. They cannot increase beyond 100%. Concerning δB/δF, we know that the higher the proportion in bastards, the slower the increase in the proportion itself. Concerning δSTD/δF, we cannot establish such property, taking into account the possibility of re-infection.

There are lots of other interesting, but endogenous variables associated to such model, such as, the divorce rate, the number of kids growing up in a broken family, the crime rate, the school dropout rate, the falling economic output, the level of poverty, and so on.

We should probably make the model start in the Summer of Fornication:
